Съветът за сигурност на ООН се събира на закрито заседание днес, за да обсъди призива за спешно прекратяване на бойните действия в района на сирийския град Алепо и провеждане на хуманитарна операция, която да включи и осигуряване на електричество и вода в града.

Представителите на ООН поискаха ежеседмично да се осигурява 48-часова пауза в бойните действия за доставки на лекарства и храна.
