ООН планира да достави хуманитарна помощ на 154 хил. души в Сирия, засегнати от войната между бунтовници и режима на президента Асад.
Помощта ще бъде доставена в следващите пет дни, а до края на март ООН планира да помогне на 1.7 млн. засегнати сирийци.
От събота между бунтовниците в Сирия и официалната власт има примирие, но въпреки това има места в страната, където прекратяването на огъня не се спазва, пише Би Би Си.
Още тази седмица ООН възнамерява да достави стоки в градовете Муадамия, Забадани, Мадая, Фуа, Кефрая и Кафр Батну.
Според изчисленията на ООН над половин милион сирийци живеят в обсадени градове. Също така над 4.6 милиона души се намират в региони, където трудно може да се достави хуманитарна помощ.
